I am an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Technology Management at the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. I received my Ph.D. in Information Systems and Operations Management from Emory University.
My research sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, behavioral economics, and health IT. I use econometric and experimental methods to study how people and organizations make decisions, and how technology and policy can be designed to improve efficiency and equity in healthcare. My work has appeared in Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Operations Research, and Production and Operations Management.
